New baby shopping online – save a bundle on your little bundle of joy

On a recent trip to London, UK, I managed to get some shopping time at Oxford Street. People come from around the world to this busy high street. However, unlike the Las Ramblas or Placa Catalunya in Barcelona or even the nearby Covent Garden, there are no street performers to help lighten the mood. Instead you are faced with pavements full of eager shoppers, roads bustling with taxis and buses, and the same high street brands you get in any shopping street or mall around the country.

To make matters worse, down comes the good old London rain and up go umbrellas at a level dangerously close to your eyes. The novelty of London and this famous street wears out faster than your umbrella in the gusts of wind, due to wind tunnels created by the London skyline.

After suffering the crowds and the weather, I finally made it to Mothercare (more…)
